2015 Chardonnay

This Woody Nook oaked Chardonnay is produced and bottled at Woody Nook's single vineyard estate, this wine exhibits fresh apple and sweet melon aromas enhanced by subtle toasty oak characters on the nose. The medium-bodied palate combines melon and stonefruit with a hint of creaminess. A streak of crunchy green apple acidity gives the wine freshness and a lingering finish. Drinking well now, however medium term cellaring of 3-5 years will be rewarded.
