The nose of Myattsfield Sauvignon Blanc presents passionfruit and citrus blossom notes. The palates bursts with lemon sherbet characters leaving a clean, refreshing finish.
The Fruit is sourced from cool climate Manjimup, crushed and soaked on skins before gentle pressing. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel tanks to return fruit freshness and vibrancy.
