2018 Paladin Shiraz

The 2018 Paladin Hill Shiraz from Wills Domain has a deep red cherry with a plum hue.  Complex aromas of spiced black cherries, rhubarb and cocoa lead to lifted notes of white pepper and plum.

The palate is presented with luscious raspberry, red fruits are carried by fine powdery tannins leads to ensemble of red fruits dotted with hints of freshly ground coffee, rosewater and allspice. A persistent finish of yet more primal red fruits and citrus blossom. Drink now or be rewarded with cellaring.
