3 x Peos 4 Aces Chardonnay - A palate of bright stone-fruit, lime tart and cashew nuances are guided by French oak tannins and a tight mineral acidity to a long, clean finish. A beautiful winery located in Manjimup.

3 x 10 Chains Shiraz - Medium bodied and very easy to drink. Whether you like a big bold, or a lighter Shiraz you will enjoy the notes of pepper and the slight bight on your palate.  It's a cool climate shiraz which isn't over powering. Another great shiraz from the Pemberton region.
