Bindoon Estate is an organic winery located North of the Swan Valley.

The 2018 Cabernet Merlot is made from freshly hand-picked fruit. It displays a lovely bouquet of fresh toffee apple, plum pudding and anise. The balanced palate shows generous characters of fruit and subtle structured tannins on the finish.

Organic notes: Bindoon Estate is certified organic, however, the winemaker also processes non organic vineyard fruits so the winery does not promote that it’s a finished organic wine. Minimal preservative 220 is added (sulphite)
