The 2022 vintage of the Blush Rosé from Bindoon Estate is made from non-irrigated and hand-picked Carnelian grape. It is a dark skinned varietal ideal suited for hot climates, and it’s a mix of Grenache meets Cabernet.
It displays rich flavours of raspberry and turkish delight with low acidity and plush sweetness.
Unlike previous vintages of Blush Rose which was predominantly enjoyed because it’s sweetness, the 2022 vintage has the addition of more complexity to its flavours, bringing a new fan base to the existing Bindoon fan club.
