This marks the sixth release of the Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Sauvignon in this style.
The 2021 vintage has a deep ruby crimson-hued full-bodied red wine featuring notes of mulberries and blueberries with bay leaf, mint, chocolate, and dried citrus peel. This wine offers a complex palate of juicy blackberry and mint, an infusion of black berries and lovely acidity to keep the wine tightly wound. The mouth-coating graphite tannins deliver a persistent and long, elegant finish.
