Lancaster wines in the Swan Valley make a beautiful example of an off-dry Sparkling with the perfect balance. It's a predominant Chenin Blanc with tropical and citrus flavours. 

Made in true champagne style by fermenting chenin blanc, sauvignon blanc and muscat gordo blanco.
