Peos Estate in Manjimup makes amazing Chardonnay.
On the nose the 4 Aces 2020 vintage has spiced grapefruit and white nectarine.
A palate of bright stone-fruit, lime tart and cashew nuances are guided by French oak tannins and a tight mineral acidity to a long, clean finish.
Will continue to develop for up to 8 years, but we doubt it will last that long.
