Flying Wild Cabernet

The 2018 Flying Wild Cabernet Sauvignon from Three Elms.

Deep crimson colour with ruby flecks. Rich flavours of blackcurrant, blueberry and chocolate lead to a medium body. Ready to enjoy now, although will gain complexity over the next three to five years.

Partners in Wine WA notes: A little sharp and tight around the edges at first. Nice fruit intensity. Really benefits from just a little time in a decanter, but is still pleasant and enjoyable straight out of the bottle.
