2019 Sauv Blanc Sem

The Woodgate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon has very intense aromas of fresh passionfruit, lime and honeydew melon. Vibrant, approachable palate, showing generous intensity of citrus, passionfruit and lime flavours. An elegant, balanced palate bursting with generous flavor and nice length, framed by refreshing acidity.

Light to medium bodied, crisp, aromatic white wine, matches well chicken/prawn dishes, seafood.  Try with Salt and Pepper Squid or a beautiful aromatic Thai Green Curry, matches well with the coconut base.
