The Castle Rock Riesling 2021 has a delicate yet fragrant nose, showing pink grapefruit characters, backed by some delicate passionfruit and floral notes. There is a slaty, minerality that adds complexity and interest.
The palate shows the wonderful delicacy and a pure and long, focused structure. The pink grapefruit characters flow through the length of the palate, while the natural acidity is powerful and feature of this wine. It is however, perfectly balanced by some creamy texture and silky characters and exhibits a finish that is fine and incredibly long.
