The grapes were harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness before being aged for 14 months in new French oak. This careful attention to detail in both vineyard management and winemaking has allowed the wine to develop depth, structure, and complexity.

Fermentation: Hand-harvested and carefully selected parcels fermented to preserve the fresh fruit and complex aromas.
Harvest: Grapes were picked early in the morning to retain freshness, ensuring a vibrant flavour profile.
