Rockcliffe ZiNo Chilled Red – An extremely limited release from Rockcliffe. Their ZiNo is made from Syrah in the Burgundian Nouveau style of wine. ZiNo has a bright garnet colour, with black cherry, raspberry, bon bon, candy apple lift, and silky red fruits on the palate. Enjoy this refreshing wine chilled. It’s a dry, light to medium body and is made to enjoy on warm days.

Henty View Bad Habits – The ‘Bad Habits’ Cabernet Sauvignon is an unoaked, slightly carbonated red wine that is best enjoyed slightly chilled. It’s semi dry, but still a subtle amount of sweetness to give it great balance. It’s full bodied with a mouthful of dark berries and plums.

Risky Business Shiraz Pinot – A Shiraz & Pinot blend might sound a bit strange given how different both varietals are. But these wines were actually being produced in other Australian wine regions from the 1940s, so they are actually engrained apart of Aussie wine history! The Shiraz is from the Perth Hills and the Pinot Noir is from the Great Southern. It’s ripe and fleshy in the mouth delivering attractive fruit intensity backed by fine silky tannins. Serve slightly chilled to get the most out of the juicy fruit profile.

Pet Project Shiraz Pinot – The perfect summer wine. Light bodied, plenty of flavour and can be drank either chilled or room temp. You decide what you like best! The Pinot Noir imparts flavours of black cherry and raspberry to complement the Shiraz that fills the palate with rich red and blue fruits. Beautiful crimson red colour, with a hint of purple. Has delicate fruit aromas with a hint of smoky berry, and a dark cherry Palate. The savoury fruit flavours are well balanced by the drying shiraz gentle tannins. Delicious with or without food, Sunday through to Saturday.

Duke’s Vineyard Shiraz Riesling – Yes you read correctly, this is a mix of a red & a white wine, and we can tell you it’s darn good drinking!
The Dukes Vineyard Shiraz Riesling of 2023 is a thoughtfully crafted blend that combines the boldness of Shiraz with the refreshing character of Riesling. In the glass, the Duke’s Vineyard Shiraz Riesling showcases a medium-deep magenta colour with purple edges, inviting you to explore its depth. The nose is lifted and aromatic, featuring fresh mulberry, wild raspberry cane, and crushed violets, along with dark chocolate, black cherry, savoury black pepper, and dark baking spice that create a complex and enticing bouquet. On the palate, the wine offers a delightful mix of black cherry, mulberry, and blackberry bramble, complemented by a dark, slightly herbal character. The crunchy fruit is lithe and silky, with underlying notes of dark earth and brooding complexity. Whole berries of Shiraz were fermented on skins, lightly pressed, and aged in seasoned French oak barrels for 10 months, while freshly squeezed Riesling was judiciously blended in to add lightness and brightness.
