Plume Estate and their 2021 Durif is nothing short of sublime.
Compared to Shiraz a Durif is noticeably darker and typically rounder and fuller in the mouth. If you like a big, bodied Shiraz then you will love a Durif.
A palate which is rich with mocha, dark cherry and subtle spice. Its full body is packed with flavour and a very smooth finish. All grown on-site in the Perth Hills.
