The Mandoon Estate Rose 2024 is a flavoursome blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot, crafted using early-picked red fruit to preserve its vibrant character. After a gentle 4-hour skin contact, the fruit is crushed and pressed before undergoing traditional white winemaking techniques to maximise the fruit’s natural freshness.
