The wine presents a ruby red hue with a hint of purple. Its aroma reveals notes of dark cherries, plums, a touch of vanilla, violets, and a hint of spice, reminiscent of a stroll through a fragrant fruit garden.
Upon tasting, there is vibrant and chewy red fruit flavours, with a light to medium-body. Well balanced acidity and long, smooth, silky tannins. Crafted through gentle crushing of a small grape batch in an open tank, stirred thrice daily, then aged for 10 months in French oak barrels for maturation. Perfectly paired with pork cutlets, especially when served alongside a spicy Asian slaw.
