Are you a lover of Pinot Noir? Then our West Aussie Pinot Pack is made for you! Western Australia has some amazing Pinot Noir, grown in the cooler climates of Southern WA. This pack takes your palate on a journey, through a 200km stretch of Pinot country.

You get a bottle each of the Fairbrossen Bucket Chemistry, Singlefile Single Vineyard & 3drops Pinot Noir.

Singlefile Wines Mount Barker:
A medium body styled pinot noir with lifted aromas of red cherries and spices as well as subtle forest floor aromas which will develop further with time in bottle. These characters follow through on the palate. The wine has a medium palate weight and a gently textured mouth feel with soft and subtle tannins supported with the natural acidity. The Burgundian oak presents nicely in the background. The wine finishes with good length of flavour and a long finish. It is well suited to complement game or light red meat dishes, and it will reward cellaring.

Fairbrossen:
The Bucket Chemistry is from their “Side Project Wines” range, this Pinot is sourced from Manjimup region of WA’s south west. The wine has been inspired by Matts 2 vintages in Burgundy, and as such is produced with no intervention and traditional French techniques. A very ‘French style’ Aussie Pinot, already finding its place on some of Perth’s best wine lists.

3drops Estate:
Light red in color, 3drops 2023 Great Southern Pinot Noir has an elegant nose of wild strawberries, red currants, and an underlying hint of savouriness. On the palate, it’s elegant but succulent with a fine tannin structure, smooth and creamy texture, and a lively spiciness on the finish. The high-quality French oak is in the background and integrates beautifully with the fine tannin structure. Ready to drink now, or you can cellar it over the next 8-10 years to further develop the typical earthy flavours which are a characteristic of Pinot Noir. We suggest complementing our Pinot Noir with grilled salmon, braised duck, or creating a perfect moment with an assortment of cheese, charcuterie, and great company.
