Taking a sip, you’ll find a rich concentration of citrus and stone fruit, complemented by a creamy, nutty texture from partial malolactic fermentation. This wine fills your mouth effortlessly, striking a lovely balance between fruitiness and acidity, leading to a long, satisfying finish. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed into new (33%) and one-year-old (67%) French barriques for fermentation, it spent nine months maturing, allowing the oak to integrate beautifully. The oak influences the texture more than the flavour, adding elegance and length to the wine, with a lingering finish that leaves a fresh, promising aftertaste.

Set to improve over the next five years, this vintage truly shines. You’ll notice engaging aromas of lemon zest and grapefruit, with a hint of roasted cashew that adds nice depth. And just a whisper of struck match on the nose brings an extra layer of complexity. It’s delicate but packs a punch—a true standout in the Singlefile lineup.
