The Happs Preservative Free White offers more richness and texture than many people expect from this style. It opens with aromas of pastry, crème brûlée, stone fruit, white flowers, cumquat and lemon rind, then carries through to a palate with notes of toast, butter, almond meal, fig, quince and lemon butter. It is rounded, generous and a good match for cheese boards, lighter meals or simply enjoying slowly on its own. The current blend is 81% Chardonnay and 19% Semillon.

Happs Preservative Free Shiraz 2025

Fresh | Bold | Medium-Bodied

The Happs Preservative Free Shiraz brings a brighter, fresher take on Shiraz, with ripe plum, blackberry and subtle spice characters backed by smooth tannins and a satisfying finish. It adds depth and contrast to the pack, making this a more complete gift for someone who enjoys both white and red wine. It also gives the gift a more modern feel than the previous red blend version, while still staying true to the preservative free focus of the pack.
