Indulge in the excellence of our Shiraz collection featuring five delightful wines from several regions in Western Australia, from Margaret River, Frankland River, Mount Barker & Pemberton.

Picardy Shiraz: An elegant, complex, rich, cool climate style wine, this variety is exceeding expectations and will continue to improve through cellaring. The Picardy Shiraz is made using many techniques which we use in our Pinot Noir production but using Shiraz grapes, giving a wine in the style of the traditional old-world Shiraz. Each vintage typically contains about 4% Malbec and 2% Viognier (co-fermented) to give sweetness of fruit and greater complexity. A seriously wonderful Shiraz!

Leeuwin Estate Siblings Shiraz: A dense and dark nose with concentrated blackcurrant, redcurrant and blueberries. Beneath therein lies layers cocoa, cola and gentle smoky oak. The palate is light on its feet, bright and buoyant. The frame of the palate is centered on a black fruit core which is glossy, vibrant and super-juicy. Laced acidity gives definition and drive, leading to structural tannins.

Dukes Single Vineyard Shiraz:  A super fragrant bouquet of black cherry and spices. On the palate, this Shiraz delivers a full-bodied and captivating experience. It showcases a harmonious balance of flavours, where ripe black fruits, such as blackcurrant and blueberry, intermingle with nuances of dark chocolate and a subtle spice. The wine’s velvety tannins and well-integrated oak provide structure and depth, leading to a long and satisfying finish. Perfectly accompanied with beef cheeks, steak pie or a roast. A fabulous wine now but will age for 10-15 years, if you can let it last that long.

Gilberts 3 Devils Shiraz: A wonderful expression of great WA, cool climate Shiraz. Its why Western Australian Shiraz is really starting to make a name for itself. Loads of bunchy spice and white pepper to the nose. Red berry fruits cruise across the palate – held to account by that spice and pepper the whole while. A medium-weight expression. Built for a medium-rare steak. Be a devil and try it.

Forest Hill Mt Barker Shiraz: Lifted aromas of blue fruits with florals and classic Mount Barker spice. Medium bodied but dense with fine ripe tannin and well-balanced natural acidity. Warm spices and the oak quickly gain traction on a medium-bodied palate, with juicy red and black cherries & licorice.
