Made from 100% hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the pristine Pemberton region, the Woodgate Bojangles Sparkling is a masterclass in traditional sparkling winemaking. This elegant cuvée undergoes classic bottle fermentation, spending a minimum of five years aging on yeast lees, a careful process that imparts exceptional complexity and finesse to this fine sparkling wine. Crafted using the classic méthode champenoise, where the wine undergoes fermentation in the bottle, giving it fine, persistent bubbles and a richer flavour profile.

Woodgate Pet Nat Sparkling

Prepare to indulge in the delightful fusion of vibrant fruit flavours with the Bojangles Petillant Naturelle Rosé. This artisanal, vegan-friendly sparkling wine is hand-crafted in the cool-climate region of Manjimup, offering a playful burst of strawberry, watermelon, and sweet red berry notes that will make every sip an occasion to remember. A blend of Pinot Noir and Brachetto, this wine brings together the best of both worlds. Pinot Noir adds delicate red fruit flavours and subtle acidity, while Brachetto, an aromatic red grape from Italy, contributes rich berry notes and a hint of natural sweetness.

Picardy Pinot Noir

Pemberley Pinot Noir

From one of Pemberton’s oldest vineyards, the 2023 Pemberley Pinot Noir is a trophy-winning expression of cool-climate Pinot. Grown on deep red karri loams, this wine beautifully balances vibrant fruit, earthy complexity, and soft tannins. A seamless blend of wild strawberry, mulled cherries, and forest floor. Recognised as the Best Pinot Noir in the Southern Forests & Valleys Wine Show.

Best Serving Temperature: 14-16°C

John Kosovich Pinot Noir

A complex, structured expression of Pinot Noir that leans into earthy, savoury characters rather than overt fruitiness. This cool-climate Pemberton wine delivers depth, intrigue, and long-term ageing potential. Whole-bunch fermentation adds spice, herbal complexity, and fine-grained tannins. Aromatic with spice, clove, and cherries, with subtle oak influence for added depth.

Silkwood Pinot Noir

The 2022 Silkwood Estate Walcott Pinot Noir is a refined and expressive wine that showcases the exceptional quality of Pemberton’s cool-climate vineyards. Produced from 100% estate-grown fruit, this vintage benefited from consistent winter and spring rainfall, ensuring healthy vine growth without the need for irrigation. A cool summer extended the ripening period, allowing the fruit to develop concentrated flavours and fine tannins. Matured in French oak barriques for 10 months, this Pinot Noir delivers complexity, depth, and elegance in every sip.
