Crafted from estate-grown Tempranillo and Shiraz, with a small addition of puncheon-fermented Sauvignon Blanc, it is a rosé that balances freshness, fruit and subtle complexity with real charm. Delicately coloured in the glass, it opens with lifted aromas of rose petal, cranberry and a hint of candy floss, giving the wine an inviting and playful perfume. On the palate, juicy red fruits bring generosity and flavour, while the finish stays soft, dry-leaning and refreshingly clean.
