Hillbrook Wines is a small family-owned vineyard in the Pemberton Wine Region of Western Australia, founded in 1997. We strive with our white wines to achieve quality but with an ‘easy drinking’ style redolent of picnics or long afternoons sitting on the verandah with friends in the Australian summer. Hillbrook red wine is light bodied and fruity.
Medals and many accolades have kept on coming for Hillbrook Winery, now firmly established as one of the leading quality wine producers of Pemberton.
