Volo

Volo Wines is the creation of Binh, an accomplished winemaker based in Dunsborough. With a diploma from Toulouse, France, and the Diplôme National d’Oenologue obtained in 2016, Binh has cultivated extensive experience across various wine regions, including the USA and New Zealand. Since 2018, he has worked at Flametree Wines while passionately pursuing his own label, VOLO Wines, which he launched in 2020.
