Vineyard & Winemaking

The 2025 Alkoomi Sauvignon Blanc was crafted from estate-grown fruit in the Frankland River region, where the cool early growing season turned into one of the best, consistent vintages in the region. Harvested early in the morning to retain its delicate freshness, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel to highlight the purity of the varietal’s character. This careful winemaking process ensures that the wine maintains its bright, citrus-forward profile.

Oak Maturation: The wine was fermented in stainless steel, which ensures the preservation of its fresh, clean, and crisp characteristics.
