Stone Fruits ~ Lime zest

The Amelia Park Chardonnay of 2025 is a crisp, modern Margaret River Chardonnay from the Wilyabrup sub-region, made to showcase purity, texture and natural acidity. It opens with lifted aromatics of white nectarine, lime and native saltbush, then flows into a vibrant palate layered with lemon curd and citrus peel. The style is bright and energetic, but not sharp, thanks to time on lees that adds a gentle creamy feel without muting the freshness.

In the winery, three parcels were hand-picked on the same day, chilled overnight and whole-bunch pressed, then the cloudy juice was sent to French oak for wild fermentation. The wine matured on its own lees for nine months with minimal stirring to keep the profile clean and lively. The result is a Chardonnay that feels fresh and composed, with excellent length and a refreshing, mouthwatering finish.

Why You Will Love It

  • Wilyabrup Chardonnay with a bright citrus-led flavour profile
  • White nectarine, lime and saltbush aromatics with real lift
  • Wild fermented in French oak for texture and complexity, not heaviness
  • Nine months on lees with minimal stirring for freshness and shape
  • Delicious now and will drink well over the next few years
