Deep crimson with ruby hues — vibrant and youthful.

Aroma
Lifted aromatics of dark forest berries, aniseed, and subtle earthiness. A floral lift of violet adds intrigue, thanks to a touch of Cabernet Franc.

Elegant and medium-bodied with beautifully ripe red and black fruits. Notes of savoury olive and forest floor flow into silky tannins and a touch of refined French oak. Pure indulgence with a lingering, graceful finish.

Finish
Polished and persistent — balanced acidity and tannin carry the flavours long after the last sip.

🤔 FAQ Wine Terms

🔹 Why add Cabernet Franc?
Even a small amount can lift the aromatics with florals and spice — as it does here with violet and savoury complexity.

🔹 How long will it age?
This wine is drinking beautifully now but has the structure and acidity to cellar for 10+ years.

🔹 What’s the benefit of using different oak barrels?
Using a mix of new and seasoned barrels adds complexity — from subtle spice and toast to softening tannins — without overwhelming the fruit.
