It’s made from 40% Chardonnay grapes, known for their fresh citrus flavours, and 60% Pinot Noir, which adds depth and berry complexity. These two varieties create a wine that is both vibrant and rich, with bright acidity, lively citrus notes, and a subtle creamy texture.

Aged for three years on its lees (yeast cells left behind after fermentation), this sparkling wine develops layers of depth and richness. Expect delicate aromas of toasted brioche, almond, and a hint of peach, with the bubbles adding an extra smoothness to each sip.
