The Singlefile Sparkling NV is made using the Méthode Traditionnelle, where the secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, creating a unique sparkling experience in every bottle. This method, used for centuries in Champagne production, adds complexity and character to the wine.

• Grape Composition: 84% Chardonnay, 16% Pinot Noir, sourced from the Great Southern and Pemberton regions of Western Australia over seven vintages (2015-2021).
• Lees Aging: The wine spends 18 months resting on its lees, which adds richness and complexity to the wine.
• Crafting the Style: The goal is to create a wine that is pristine, expressive, and subtly sophisticated, showcasing the elegance of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
