Risky Business Tempranillo: A rich and juicy palate with dark cherry, liquorice fruits and a touch of spice. It’s medium body is supported with a plush mid palate and silky tannins. Awarded best Tempranillo at the 2022 winewise awards.

Millbrook Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre : A.K.A. a ‘GSM’ it’s Medium-bodied, vibrant and with soft silky tannins, this wine shows off the plush, red raspberry and floral nature of Grenache with the Shiraz and Mourvèdre adding peppery spice, plum and cherry notes. A sumptuous, moreish wine that persists on the palate. Best enjoyed slightly cool, around 15c.

Happs Three Hills Malbec: Malbec is a very interesting variety with a distinctive flavour profile that is a useful addition to ones armoury. Displays aromoas of mulberry, blueberry, violets, dark cherry and stewed red fruit, with notes of choc mint, coffee and rum & raisin. A big, rich palate with sweet fruit and incredible density – it’s almost juicy on the palate. The flavours are primarily of dark fruits such as blackberry, black currant and mulberry with notes of cola, plum skin, black jubes, dark chocolate and cedary oak. It is a tight elegant wine with soft, velvety tannins.
