Tasting Notes

Colour: Bright pale straw with a youthful green tinge.

Aromatics: Fresh lime, passionfruit and green apple with light tropical fruit, white flowers and subtle green herbs.

Palate: Crisp citrus and tart green fruit lead into passionfruit and gentle tropical flavours. The Semillon gives the palate a slightly rounder, smoother feel, while the Sauvignon Blanc provides aromatic lift and freshness.

Finish: Clean, dry and refreshing, with lingering citrus and a light mineral quality.

Blend: 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 60% Semillon
Fruit source: Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from separate Great Southern vineyards
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel (no oak)
