The 2021 vintage was moderate, mild and a wonderful year. Rainfall in early January renewed canopies across the region and resulted in beautifully ripe, varietally pure wines that are brimming with perfect, delicate, natural acidity.
The Redlands Chenin displays a delicate pale green straw colour. On the nose, it reveals an intense bouquet of vibrant citrus, delicate white florals, and crisp green apples.
On the palate, this medium-bodied Margaret River Chenin Blanc showcases flavours of ripe citrus, juicy nectarine, and honeydew, all balanced by a pristine natural acidity. It offers a juicy, mouth-watering texture and finishes with a long, refreshing aftertaste. Best enjoyed now.
