Tasting Notes

Colour
Bright straw with green hues.

Aromatics
Lifted aromas of fresh herbs, citrus and passionfruit pith. Think lemon, lime and a hint of cut grass with that slightly tangy, tropical edge from the passionfruit.

Palate
Fresh, zesty and lively. The palate carries more citrus and herb flavours, layered with subtle tropical notes. Lees contact adds a touch of texture and roundness through the mid palate, but the overall impression is still crisp and bright.

Finish
Clean, refreshing and dry, with citrus and herbal notes lingering on a bright, mouth watering finish.
