Gilbert Wines, located in the esteemed Mount Barker sub-region, boasts a diverse portfolio of ten exceptional wines crafted from estate-grown fruit. The 2023 Rosé exemplifies this commitment through a meticulous winemaking process that ensures freshness and balance. This dry rosé is made using Shiraz grapes, which are carefully pressed to extract a delicate blush of colour and flavour. The juice spends only a short time of 8 hours with the skins, before being separated to preserve its light, crisp character and vibrant fruit profile.
