The 2023 Fiano has lifted aromas of lemon peel, nashi pear and green apple skin with delicate floral, spice and honey notes.
This is a generous palate, fruit laden expression of Fiano, with a moreish acidity and elegant saline minerality. Brimming with pear and green apple notes with a twist of fresh lemon zest, the palate is lengthened by subtle lees texture and finishes on notes of lemon barley, cashew cream and baked apple.
