This Pinot Gris has been carefully crafted in the classic style, imparting a slight richness that enhances its character. The wine is sourced from the cool climate of Mount Barker in Western Australia, known for producing elegant and balanced varietals. With a focus on quality, only 200 dozen bottles were produced, ensuring attention to detail in every aspect of the winemaking process.

In the winemaking process, the grapes were handled with care to preserve their natural qualities. The result is a clear and bright wine, bottled in July 2022, that embodies the essence of the varietal.

In the glass, the wine displays a light, pale yellow straw colour that hints at its freshness. The nose is inviting, showcasing fragrant notes of apple blossom, green apple, and nectarine, complemented by strong aromas of white peach that create a vibrant bouquet.

On the palate, there is a slight textural richness that leads to pronounced acidity, a hallmark of cool climate vineyards. This balance between richness and acidity makes it an enjoyable experience.
