• Cellaring: Enjoy now or cellar through to approximately 2034

Serving & Cellaring

Serve: Approximately 16°C to 18°C.

Decant: Give it around 45 minutes in a decanter or open bottle before serving. This will help the dark fruit, mocha, herbs and oak characters become more expressive.

Cellar: It is drinking well now, but its fruit concentration, acidity and tannin structure should allow it to develop through to approximately 2034 when stored correctly.
