How to Enjoy These Wines

This pack is all about flexibility. It suits celebrations where you want bubbles ready to pour, casual catch-ups where people like different styles, and easy food occasions where you want wines that can move from light nibbles through to heartier dishes. It works especially well for grazing tables, canapés, cheese boards, roast chicken, barbecue food, pizzas and relaxed shared meals.

The sparkling and rosé give the pack freshness and lift, while the Shiraz and Cab Merlot bring a bit more depth once food comes out or the evening settles in. That is what makes this a strong entertaining pack rather than just a random mixed selection. It gives you enough range to suit different tastes while still feeling cohesive and easy to use.

The Wines in the Pack

Cherubino Folklore Sparkling × 2

A lively sparkling wine with citrus and stone fruit characters, a creamy mid-palate and a fresh, clean finish. Having two bottles in the pack makes it especially useful for celebrations, welcome drinks and occasions where you want something bright and easy to pour from the start.

Best enjoyed well chilled

Gilberts Rosé 2025

A fresh, dry rosé that brings bright berry fruit, lively acidity and an easy-drinking style to the pack. Swapping this into the mix gives the rosé slot a more polished, food-friendly feel while still keeping it bright, versatile and very easy to enjoy.

Best enjoyed chilled

Smallwater Estate Shiraz 2023

A medium to full bodied Shiraz with juicy red berry fruit, savoury spice and peppery lift. It brings a little more warmth and depth to the pack without feeling too heavy, making it a good match for barbecue food, roast meats or casual dinners later in the day.

Best enjoyed at 16–18°C

Deep Woods Estate Cab Merlot 2024

A smooth Margaret River red blend with dark fruit, soft tannin and enough structure to feel satisfying with food. It rounds the pack out nicely and gives you a richer option for cheese, grilled meats and more substantial dishes.

Best enjoyed at 16–18°C

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been buying my wines from Kirk for about two years now and I have never had a bad experience or wine. I love the fact that the wines are all West Australian, so supporting local and lower carbon footprint. He delivers when it’s convenient for me and brings the wine to my door. Wines are all good quality and well priced, especially the cleanskins. Highly recommended
