Serving Your Wine at the Perfect Temperature

To get the best out of your red wine, serving it at the right temperature is key. Here’s how to do it:

• Full-Bodied Reds (e.g., Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot): Serve at 16-18°C. This range accentuates bold flavours and tannins.
• Medium-Bodied Reds (e.g., Merlot, Malbec): Serve at 14-16°C. Slightly cooler to highlight the freshness and fruitiness.
• Light-Bodied Reds (e.g., Pinot Noir, Grenache): Serve at 12-14°C. Too warm, and you’ll lose those delicate flavours, so chill slightly.

How Do I Pay?
The first order is a one off payment with credit card, paypal or EFT. Should you wish to continue with future deliveries we can setup automatic payments or keep things manual with you paying an invoice each time. Either way, it’s totally up to you.
