Serving Your Wine at the Perfect Temperature

To get the best out of your red wine, serving it at the right temperature is key. Here’s how to do it:

• Full-Bodied Reds (e.g., Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot): Serve at 16-18°C. This range accentuates bold flavours and tannins.
• Medium-Bodied Reds (e.g., Merlot, Malbec): Serve at 14-16°C. Slightly cooler to highlight the freshness and fruitiness.
• Light-Bodied Reds (e.g., Pinot Noir, Grenache): Serve at 12-14°C. Too warm, and you’ll lose those delicate flavours, so chill slightly.
