Winemaking & Vintage Notes 🍷

• Winemaking – The blend underwent a combination of hand plunging and pump-overs in open fermenters, spending 14 days on skins. Post fermentation, it matured in 300L hogsheads with regular rack and returns, followed by a small amount of egg white fining before bottling.

• Vintage – The 2023 vintage benefited from optimal growing conditions, resulting in wines with intense flavour and balanced structure.
