Willow Bridge Sparkling – The 2022 Willow Bridge Estate Blanc De Blancs is a blend of Chenin Blanc & Chardonnay. A Sparkling with fresh lemon and lime with gentle herbal and spice notes and gentle complexing yeast lees. Lightly complex interplay of primary fermentation battonage and striking lime citrus, fresh and creamy.

3drops Mount Barker Chardonnay – This is a wonderful expression of a Great Southern Chards. The 2022 vintage has an appealing and complex nose with rich fruit characters of peaches and nectarine, combined with mealy notes, grilled nuts, and well-integrated French oak. The palate shows a great balance between a rich stone fruit and lemon edge feel. It’s a fruit forward style of Chardonnay with the fruit being pulled into line nicely by the acid structure. This 3drops cool climate Chardonnay is ready to drink now, or it can be aged over the coming 7-8 years to develop further complexity. We suggest teaming our Chardonnay up with raw and lightly cooked seafood (sushi and sashimi would be a great option), roast chicken or quite simply a cheese board.

Willow Bridge Gravel Pit Shiraz – Located in the Ferguson Valley, this one is a belter every vintage.  As the name suggests, the vineyard block had been used previously to excavate gravel to construct the roads within the hills of the Ferguson Valley. A style which exudes vibrancy, juicy and spicy character, matched to a full flavoured and complex palate. Perfume of spice, star anise, blackberry and raspberry, pure and striking. Opulent and mouth filling black satsuma plum and dark plums supported by fine, long silky tannins.
