Evans & Tate Breathing Space Cabernet: It’s drinking fantastically now but can cellar for the next 5 years. Long, elegant and medium bodied with lovely mid-palate texture. It’s a near perfect balance of blackberries & blueberries.

Henty View The Dress Circle Cabernet: In the glass, “The Dress Circle” Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep garnet or ruby-red color, enticing you with its visual allure. Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Sauvignon: The 2021 vintage has a deep ruby crimson-hued full-bodied red wine featuring notes of mulberries and blueberries with bay leaf, mint, chocolate, and dried citrus peel. This wine offers a complex palate of juicy blackberry and mint, an infusion of black berries and lovely acidity to keep the wine tightly wound. Duke’s Single Vineyard Cabernet: A Rich, dark ruby red colour with dark cherry edges. Aromas of red currant, cassis, dark chocolate, salted caramel, dark earth, forest floor, fresh hearth, violets, raspberry cane, red rose petal. A luscious flavour combination with dark berry, red currant, black cherry, dark moist earth, tar, ferrous, tight refined tannins, complete fanning out on back palate, dark toasted baking spice finish, chewy, sinewy, lithe, long, refined structure carrying fruit to an effortless finish, juicy berry deliciousness.
