Concentrated aromas of wild strawberry, blueberry and hints of bay leaf and cedar. Rich flavours of blueberry lead to a fleshy mid palate with earthy layers and chewy chocolaty tannins.
The estate-grown fruit is carefully harvested in the early morning to ensure optimal flavour and acidity. After harvest, the grapes undergo a cold soak process to extract delicate flavours and aromas before fermentation begins. During fermentation, the juice is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve its purity and crispness. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity and depth to the finished product.
