A Sparkling with fresh lemon and lime with gentle herbal and spice notes and gentle complexing yeast lees. Lightly complex interplay of primary fermentation battonage and striking lime citrus, fresh and creamy.
Partners in Wine WA notes: We love a good Chenin Blanc based bubbles and this brings the right amount of everything. It's on the slighter drier side of neutral, but only just. It's fresh and vibrant. There is a lot to love about this style.
