Handpicked from 40-year-old dry grown vines, “Gallagher’s Choice” from Woody Nook is a classic, full-bodied Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon.
The 2015 vintage is vibrant and complex with a nose of blackcurrant, eucalypt and well integrated French oak. The palate of dark berry fruits, herbs and cedary oak is tightly structured by the fine-grained tannins and acidity. While “Gallagher’s Choice” drinks well at release, patience has been rewarded as the wine has developed since bottling and will continue to evolve over the next five years.

Woody Nook Wines was founded in 1982 and has a premium, award-winning selection of red and white wines.
