Kirk’s Shiraz is our very own Partners in Wine WA red, named after the owner of Partners in Wine WA. It’s created as the perfect entry point for anyone getting into Shiraz or red wine in general. It is deliberately lighter in body and bright in flavour, with red cherries and berry notes, a gentle spice lift and a clean, slightly tart finish that keeps it fresh and incredibly easy to drink.
Made from 100% Margaret River Shiraz, it spends time with oak staves to round out the palate and add a subtle savoury warmth, without turning the wine into something heavy or oaky. If you usually find reds too big, too dry or too intense, this is the bottle that changes minds.
