This is a stellar representation of the new wave of fruit forward Western Australian Chardonnay, highlighting why Margaret River is revered as a benchmark region for this varietal. Sourced from Knotting Hill in the Wilyabrup subregion, this wine is crafted using two key components: 80% is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to maintain the purity and brightness of the fruit, while the remaining 20% undergoes fermentation in French oak barriques, adding complexity and depth to the profile.

In the glass it displays a bright, pale straw hue with glimmers of green. The nose is inviting, featuring an aromatic bouquet of rich fruit intertwined with subtle oak nuances. You’ll detect vibrant citrus notes alongside hints of stone fruit, creating a fragrant experience that captivates the senses.

On the palate, this Chardonnay is medium-bodied and beautifully balanced.
