Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw with a light green hue.
Aromatics: Lemon and lime, passionfruit, citrus blossom and a hint of fresh herbs.
Palate: Dry, crisp and bright. Citrus and tropical fruit sit over a clean acid line, with Semillon giving a soft, slightly waxy texture through the mid-palate.
Finish: Fresh and refreshing with lingering citrus and a clean, dry close.

Region: Great Southern, Western Australia
Blend: 55% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Semillon
Fruit source: Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from separate Great Southern vineyards
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel (no oak)
Style: Clean, modern SBS with freshness, texture and a dry finish
