This Cleanskin Shiraz of 2022 is a lighter and brighter expression of Shiraz, made for people who enjoy generous fruit without the weight of a big, heavily oaked red. Red cherry and raspberry provide a lively freshness, while ripe plum adds softness and depth through the middle of the palate. The wine spent six months with oak staves, but the oak remains very subtle, allowing the fruit to remain the main attraction.

This is a straightforward, easy-drinking Shiraz rather than a densely structured or highly complex style. It is ideal for casual dinners, barbecues, pizza nights or simply keeping on hand as an affordable everyday red.

Serve it slightly cooler than room temperature at approximately 16°C. This helps the cherry, raspberry and plum flavours taste fresher and more clearly defined.
